EASIEST Recipe For Healthy Low-Fat Pancakes!
It’s made out of all natural ingredients that you probably already have!
35 grams of Oatmeal
1 whole Egg
60 grams of Blueberries
100 grams of Low-Fat Cottage Cheese
extra egg whites optional, if you want to get more protein, sure thing 😉
optional: Calorie-Free Pancake Syrup (walden farms for example)
THAT’S IT! Blend it up in a mixer and you’re good to go. Spray your pan with some PAM or coconut oil and keep them fats low! Give it about 30 seconds and flip, BAM.
Since I first made them I actually started eating them on a DAILY. Try it out !
PS: I like to have 2 servings, so around 800 calories, perfect for me.
