What you receive
Constantly Updated Meal Plan
Fully detailed and easy Meal Plan designed for your body type, worked out with the foods that YOU like! gram-for-gram with your age, weight, height, level of activity, goals, and your current condition taken into consideration. ( this includes macronutrient/caloric targets per day as well). I will not include foods that you don’t like or are allergic to, in order to make it as enjoyable and sustainable as possible. Structured re-feed days are included to speed up fat loss. The meal plans are laid out with 7 different days that you can choose from, so you don’t have to eat the same thing every day! The meal plan and macronutrients/calories will be updated and changed up (if necessary) every 2 weeks.
Constantly Updated Workout Program
Your workout program will include the most effective routine for building muscle and losing fat, by using a science-based approach. Instructional video’s are included for every single exercise so you can see exactly what you have to follow! The workout program will be either designed to lose body fat or build lean muscle/get stronger, depending on your goals. The workout routine will be switched up every 6 weeks. It is important to stick to one training plan for this amount of time to make sure we can properly overload on every exercise and get stronger/track our workouts.
Cardio programs are included that have been scientifically proven to be most effective for MAXIMUM fat burning! You have the choice what type of cardio you wish to include, so you don’t have to stick to one option

Nutrition Guide (Flexible Dieting)
This guide will teach you everything about nutrition and how to succesfully combine this with your lifestyle. I preach Flexible Dieting and this guide explains exactly how to accomplish this, how to count your calories/macronutrients and more! This not only gives you the plan to follow, but also the knowledge behind the plan. I want to teach you as much as possible during the program so you can take this information with you for the rest of your life.
Supplements are not required but can be used if you wish to. I have included a Supplement Guide in which I give my recommendations for the best and most effective supplements for building muscle, losing fat and general health!
