Oatmeal packed with Protein is a delicious and healthy meal option. Unlike most healthy meals it only takes little time to prepare (less than 5 minutes) and this meal will keep you full and energetic for hours!

This is my preferred pre-workout meal. It provides me with a lot of energy while it keeps me full during my workout. Feel free to modify this recipe to your needs! You can play around with the ingredients and that's why this meal option never gets boring :)

Ingredients:

Oats: 80 grams (1 cup)
Protein Powder (1 scoop)
Almond milk: 250ml (1 cup)
Cacao Powder: 5 grams (1 tbsp)
Frozen Berries: 75 grams (0,5 cup)
Cinnamon: Desired quantity
Natural Sweetener: Desired quantity
Step 1: Put the oats into a bowl, add the Almond milk and add some extra water. Put it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2: After you take the oats out of the microwave, decide if the consistency is right for you. If the oats are too thick, add some more water and put it in the microwave again for 1-2 minutes. Repeat until you are satisfied with the consistency.

Step 3: Add the additional ingredients and you're good to go!
